What are the shipping options?
Please see each individual item for stated Postage & Packaging information. UK & International are available. Most UK Orders are sent out via Hermes.

 

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. We aim to complete all orders as soon as possible to save your wait. UK deliveries will be with you within 2-5 working days. International shipping takes a lot longer with an estimated delivery being 14-30 business days. Please note we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

 

Do I get order confirmation?
As soon as your order is purchased you will receive an email confirmation, then once shipped a dispatched email will be sent.

 

What are the accepted payment methods?
Paypal is the only method of transaction.

 

Will my order be cancelled?
If for some unforeseen reason your items should not be available you will be notified immediately.

 

Will I have to pay customs duties and international tax?
Customs Duties and Taxes may be applied but differ depending on individual countries. We have to declare specific values per parcel. Any of the fees associated with your orders are sole responsibly of the customer.

 

When are you open?
We are open for business Monday-Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm. Anything sent over the weekend will be answered asap.

 

How can I return?
We offer a standard returns policy where by all returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the shipping date. All items wishing to be returned must be returned in a resealable state with original tags and packaging all present and not worn. Make sure to give all necessary information to speed up the process. Exchanges are possible, simply follow the procedure online and we will do our best to get your new items sent out asap. If by any chance there is a fault from us or the the items purchased have a quality issue we will pay for the return postage. Obviously availability of the replacement is subject to availability and not guaranteed. When returning items via post to us, it is preferable to be sent via recorded delivery so that signing is necessary guaranteeing secure delivery.
